Original version has s fighters and a dive bomber at the main bases. So, the following was
added.  Still working on getting the COOP version working.

1.  Main bases now have 6 fighters lining one side of the runway with flak guns installed
   behind each plane. Axis has Yak9s and BF109s and Allied has Mustangs and
   Spitfires. Both mains have soldier spawn kits.
2. For each team I added a paradrop spawn point where you can parachute into an
   outpost with dive bomber, a fighter and a B17.
3. Both runways have quick airplane reload zones and the hangers have quick repair
   zones. Just fly over either.
4. Along the sides of both hangers there are soldier spawn kits.
5. APCs are mobile repair units and will repair any vehicle or aircraft.
