Midway

Original version has 1 dive bomber and 1 fighter in the hanger at axis base. Allied has no
runway or planes but the allied base is super close to axis. Each team has carriers that
spawn a fighter and torpedo bomber. Modded as follows.

1. Axis base: I moved the planes out of the hanger and put them along with another
   fighter and torpedo bomber on the runway.
2. Axis runway has rapid repair and reload zones.
3. Both main bases have soldier spawn kits.
4. Like Guadal, the jeeps are modded so that if you sound the horn (left click mouse) it
   activates a delayed car bomb. Also added nitrous to the jeeps! Right click the
   mouse and hold on for dear life.
